Ein Grund, warum viele Unternehmen auf Standardsoftware setzen ist, dass die Standardsoftware oft sehr featurereich ist: \u00dcberall Filter- und Suchfunktionen, Querverlinkungen \u00fcberall, Massen-Datenoperationen und vieles mehr.<\/p>\n

Bei Individualsoftware hingegen wird nach Auswand bezahlt und somit alle Features, die nicht dem eigentlichen Ziel dienen, weggelassen. Das hat zum einen Vorteile, dass die Software kaum “falsch” bedient werden kann. Nachteilig ist, dass der Kunde im Notfall mehr f\u00fcr Zusatzfeatures ausgibt, als diese ihm eigentlich wert sind.<\/p>\n

Einen Ausweg bietet das sogenannte Featureorientierte Programmieren. Bei diesem Programmierparadigma ist es m\u00f6glich, Features einfach hinzuzuschalten, ohne dass diese jedes mal neu programmiert werden m\u00fcssen. Mit Featureorientiertem Programmieren, kurz FOP, entsteht eine neue Software-Gattung zwischen der Individual- und Standardsoftware.<\/p>\n
